### Focus on the website and its requirements
A web-hosting plan is a different starting point from a VPS. You choose the storage and domain allowance for the site, then verify the runtime and application requirements it needs. Canvas fits projects that prefer a hosting panel to configuring an entire operating system.

### Plan your domain structure clearly
A second site and a subdomain of an existing site may use different allowances. Compare the domains and subdomains in the plan table, then review any extra-domain option. Hosting a domain is also separate from registering it; make sure you control the domain and can update its DNS.

### Privacy belongs in the website as well
Swiss offshore hosting and a no-KYC order flow do not decide what your own website collects. Keep forms proportionate, protect administrative accounts and avoid placing credentials or configuration secrets in public files. Check backups and a migration plan before moving an existing site.

### Check the website services behind the panel
cPanel is listed for managing the hosting account. A site's PHP version, database support, CMS installer, email service and HTTPS setup should be confirmed against the delivered environment. Domain registration remains separate from hosted-domain capacity. Keep external copies of files and databases, and agree migration and restoration responsibilities before moving a working website.

## Service questions
### Does the plan include domain registration?
The catalogue lists hosted-domain allowances. It does not list a domain-registration service; ensure you own the domain and can manage its DNS.

### Can I host more than one website?
Choose a plan with the required domain allowance or review an additional-domain option. Verify that each site's application requirements fit the hosting environment.

### Do I need a dedicated IPv4 address?
That depends on your application and deployment requirements. It is an optional selection in Canvas, not a requirement simply because you host a website.

### Can I install any server software I want?
Canvas is a cPanel web-hosting range. If your application requires control of the whole operating system or a custom server stack, compare the VPS families.

### Does unlimited bandwidth mean unlimited server resources?
No. The plans list storage and domain allowances separately. Traffic wording does not establish unlimited CPU, memory, files or application capacity.

### Can I deploy WordPress or another PHP CMS?
Confirm the available PHP versions, extensions, database engine and installer tools against the application's requirements. cPanel in the plan table does not establish every runtime or one-click installation.

### Are email accounts and bulk sending included?
Mailbox support, storage and sending limits require operator confirmation. Plan delivery requirements separately, especially for application mail or campaigns; a web-hosting plan does not establish unlimited SMTP use.

### How are HTTPS certificates provided?
Confirm certificate issuance, renewal and DNS requirements before deployment. Agree the certificate workflow and responsibilities for the selected hosting configuration.

### What should I check about backups and isolation?
Confirm account separation, backup coverage, retention and restoration access. Maintain independent copies of critical files and databases; panel access is not a recovery guarantee.

### Is baseline DDoS protection or log anonymisation promised?
The advanced protection selection is optional. Baseline network protection and access-log handling need a documented operator policy; the current Canvas table does not establish those guarantees.
