# SwissOctet reference > Public facts and a workload-based reading guide for SwissOctet. Canonical human page: https://swissoctet.com/reference/ ## Catalogue facts | Fact | Current public value | | --- | --- | | Hosting destination | Switzerland / CH only | | Service families | 18 | | Configurations | 55 | | Currency | USD | | Editorial guides | 32 | | Crypto assets | BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC | | Asset/network routes | 7 | | Distinct blockchain networks | Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, Solana, Litecoin | ## Current journey and claim boundaries Publication status: live-mode resource build. This generator does not publish files, change indexing controls or establish service readiness. The fixed-address crypto checkout uses a public USD rate to calculate the exact amount for the selected asset and network, with a 25-minute payment window. This browser quote is not a server-issued invoice. Transaction attribution, payment confirmation and provisioning require the operator’s backend. Create an account before selecting a payment asset and network. Registration uses a username and password. A browser quote is not a server-issued invoice or payment confirmation. The current interface does not ask for an email address, passport, identity card or proof of address. The intended order journey is designed without documentary KYC; live operational arrangements require confirmation. Saved services and the cart use browser storage. The project brief is downloaded locally rather than sent. Clearing browser data does not cancel real orders or remove blockchain records. Swiss location and no-document onboarding do not establish absolute anonymity, zero logging, guaranteed non-disclosure, legal immunity, independently audited controls or an availability SLA. Server access, logs, retention and official-request handling must be documented for the live service. Public blockchains can expose transaction information. Payment verification and the delivery of infrastructure are separate events. Listed configurations, specifications and base prices describe the public catalogue. Final availability, provisioning, applicable taxes, licences, management and contractual terms are confirmed before a real order. Educational examples describe a decision method, not features included with every service. ## Choose by workload | Infrastructure type | Typical fit | Check before choosing | Relevant families | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Linux VPS | Applications, private tools and test environments needing a Linux guest. | Memory, CPU allocation, storage, transfer and administration responsibilities. | Vector VPS | | Windows RDP | A remote Windows workspace for compatible applications and administration. | Operating system, licences, access restrictions, resource needs and recovery. | DeskLink RDP | | NVMe VPS | Applications where measured storage I/O is part of the constraint. | Actual I/O pattern, capacity and application latency; NVMe alone is not a benchmark. | Pulse NVMe | | Security testing environments | Authorised security assessment and learning using the listed Kali or Parrot environment. | Explicit permission for the target, operating-system tools, resources and the usage framework. | Sentinel Kali, Sentinel Parrot | | Storage configurations | Growing archives and datasets whose primary need is listed capacity. | Storage components, transfer allowance and an independent recovery strategy. | Vault Storage | | Dedicated servers | Projects needing the listed physical machine and its resource layout. | Processor, memory, drives, minimum term, management and independent recovery. | Metal Origin, Metal Atlas, Metal Zenith, Metal Hyper, Metal EPYC | | GPU servers | Supported accelerated computing, rendering and machine-learning workflows. | Exact device, per-device memory, software compatibility and the whole data pipeline. | Tensor GPU | | High-bandwidth servers | Data-moving workloads that can use the selected 40, 100 or 200 Gbps port profile. | The complete route, storage and CPU limits, transfer terms and responsible network use. | Transit 40, Transit 100, Transit 200 | | Web hosting | Websites whose stack and account requirements fit the enabled hosting features. | Runtime, domains, storage, permitted processes and restoration scope. | Canvas Web | | Onion hosting | Projects intended to be accessed through an onion-service arrangement. | Selected stack, onion addresses, capacity, application privacy and backup options. | Veil Onion | | VPN | A device connection using the protocol and configuration listed by the service. | Device allowance and protocol; a VPN is not a web-hosting server or an anonymity guarantee. | Shield VPN | ## Useful definitions ### VPS A virtual-machine environment. Its virtual resources and operating system are distinct from a purchase of the whole physical host. ### Dedicated server A physical machine assigned to the project; software management and redundancy are separate arrangements. ### NVMe A storage protocol designed for non-volatile media and parallel I/O. The label does not establish application-specific throughput or latency. ### GPU An accelerator used by compatible software. Workload fit depends on the device, memory and complete software and data pipeline. ### Port speed A connection rate, commonly expressed in Mbps or Gbps. It differs from a transfer allowance over a billing period. ### Transfer allowance An included data volume over time. Unmetered labels still operate within a port profile and usage conditions. ### Offshore Hosting outside a customer’s home country. SwissOctet’s listed destination is Switzerland; the term does not establish immunity or absolute confidentiality. ### No-document KYC The absence of identity-document collection in the described journey, not proof of absolute anonymity or an absence of operational records. ## Asset and network pairs | Asset | Network | | --- | --- | | BTC | Bitcoin | | ETH | Ethereum | | USDT | TRON (TRC20) | | USDT | Ethereum (ERC20) | | USDC | Ethereum (ERC20) | | SOL | Solana | | LTC | Litecoin | Review the complete checkout instructions: asset, network, exact amount, receiving address and expiry. Keep the client reference and exported record privately. A receiving address alone does not specify a payment, and a browser record does not prove receipt of funds. ## How to read prices and options Starting prices use the shortest available billing term for each plan, then the lowest effective monthly base among those configurations. They never assume an undisclosed longer commitment. The stated starting configuration supplies the corresponding specifications. Base prices and billing-period totals below come directly from the public catalogue. Effective monthly figures retain the catalogue’s displayed cent value; they are not recalculated from an already-rounded price. Nominal monthly rates before billing-period pricing are labelled separately. Add-ons are separate selections. The configurator applies the selected duration factor to monthly rates and presents the calculated configuration total. Only options allowed by the chosen plan are listed for that plan. A choice requiring an operator quote is not a free service. An included or zero-cost choice is identified only from its published price and does not imply that all software, management, backups or protections are included. ## Starting configurations and initial charges | Family | Configurations | Starting configuration | Effective monthly base | Shortest available term | Base charge for that term | Text specification | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Vector VPS | 6 | Vector VPS 01 | USD 11.84 | 1 month | USD 11.84 | https://swissoctet.com/services/vector/index.txt | | DeskLink RDP | 4 | DeskLink RDP 01 | USD 22.95 | 1 month | USD 22.95 | https://swissoctet.com/services/desklink/index.txt | | Pulse NVMe | 5 | Pulse NVMe 01 | USD 13.77 | 1 month | USD 13.77 | https://swissoctet.com/services/pulse/index.txt | | Vault Storage | 1 | Vault Storage 01 | USD 62.42 | 1 month | USD 62.42 | https://swissoctet.com/services/vault/index.txt | | Sentinel Kali | 4 | Sentinel Kali 04 | USD 12.85 | 1 month | USD 12.85 | https://swissoctet.com/services/sentinel-kali/index.txt | | Sentinel Parrot | 4 | Sentinel Parrot 04 | USD 12.85 | 1 month | USD 12.85 | https://swissoctet.com/services/sentinel-parrot/index.txt | | Tensor GPU | 3 | Tensor GPU 01 | USD 323.82 | 1 month | USD 323.82 | https://swissoctet.com/services/tensor/index.txt | | Canvas Web | 4 | Canvas Web 01 | USD 12.85 | 1 month | USD 12.85 | https://swissoctet.com/services/canvas/index.txt | | Veil Onion | 3 | Veil Onion 01 | USD 27.54 | 1 month | USD 27.54 | https://swissoctet.com/services/veil/index.txt | | Metal Origin | 3 | Metal Origin 01 | USD 146.88 | 3 months | USD 440.64 | https://swissoctet.com/services/metal-origin/index.txt | | Metal Atlas | 4 | Metal Atlas 01 | USD 284.81 | 1 month | USD 284.81 | https://swissoctet.com/services/metal-atlas/index.txt | | Metal Zenith | 3 | Metal Zenith 01 | USD 351.13 | 1 month | USD 351.13 | https://swissoctet.com/services/metal-zenith/index.txt | | Metal Hyper | 2 | Metal Hyper 01 | USD 642.59 | 1 month | USD 642.59 | https://swissoctet.com/services/metal-hyper/index.txt | | Metal EPYC | 4 | Metal EPYC 01 | USD 371.79 | 1 month | USD 371.79 | https://swissoctet.com/services/metal-epyc/index.txt | | Transit 40 | 2 | Transit 40 01 | USD 1926.86 | 1 month | USD 1926.86 | https://swissoctet.com/services/transit-40/index.txt | | Transit 100 | 1 | Transit 100 01 | USD 7343.00 | 1 month | USD 7343.00 | https://swissoctet.com/services/transit-100/index.txt | | Transit 200 | 1 | Transit 200 01 | USD 13768.93 | 1 month | USD 13768.93 | https://swissoctet.com/services/transit-200/index.txt | | Shield VPN | 1 | Shield VPN 01 | USD 4.59 | 1 month | USD 4.59 | https://swissoctet.com/services/shield/index.txt | ## Public resources - [Catalogue text](https://swissoctet.com/catalogue/index.txt): Base specifications, billing periods and plan-specific options. - [Complete corpus](https://swissoctet.com/llms-full.txt): Full public service and editorial material. - [Insights library](https://swissoctet.com/insights/): Original guides with checklists, FAQ and primary references.
